JOB ROLE: SALES AGENT
As a Sales Agent it will be your responsibility to help with the unique needs of individuals overlooked by mainstream insurers. We are looking to grow our team of over 100 dedicated staff members which collectively underwrite £30 million worth of insurance policies annually.

The Role
Quote Detective is one of UK’s leading specialists for non-standard motor insurance.
We are looking for positive and enthusiastic staff to join our growing company, in our modern call centre environment.

The average day for a Sales Agent revolves around our customers. You will receive incoming calls from customers looking to buy from us, as well as dialling out to customers who have shown an interest in our products and want to know more (NO COLD CALLING).

Working hours
Full time contract – 37.5 hour week.
Part Time contracts also available with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Your shifts will be based on a two-week rota between the hours of 8:30am – 7pm, with one in three Saturdays (9am-2pm). We have various shift patterns available, including 4 day working and 9 days a fortnight.
